I farm a few small parcels of vines in Kent, UK with a focus on herbal tinctures, oils and teas made with plants grown around my winery for keeping the vines healthy, along with some biodynamic practices. I do everything by hand, with the help of an old tractor when it decides to work.

After taking over a hectare in 2022, I now feel very connected to that piece of land and I make my wines on a small converted barn on the site. Since then, I have begun taking care of a couple of others sites, all with their own character and quirks.

For the winemaking and farming, I rely on my intuition and feeling for a lot of it, unlike what they teach you at wine school. These are living wines after all.

To help combat waste in our industry, all wines are bottled in second use bottles and cardboard boxes.
